Hi dimnastics I am be happy I like the support staff and keyworks well I am like my flat is nice trying and I do horrow about my home
I left after years, all the good staff are gone. It's become an oddly cold corporate place, I don't think being person centred really works with that at all. Corporate slogans is about all you hear. Staff retention is shocking and in my region all mainly staffed by agency workers it seemed. Shame really, it was great years ago. Maybe it's still good in places but luck of the draw probably.
I've worked for Dimensions since October 2009. They are as a company so hard working, inspiration and devoted to every service user i have personally ever worked with. Together with their families, friends and all professional services they use. Their pathway and life choices are met. As an employee they have helped myself and my family through some tough times too. Great company to work for needs more recognisation for dedicated staff on all levels.
