Twice they arranged a date to install insulation, both times I took a day off work and both times they showed up with out the scaffolding they knew they needed so couldn't do the job!

Got love a time slot when the installer turns up over 2 hrs late and the office personnel can't even bring themselves to apologise.so glad I took a day off work and then they finally arrive when I'd have been home from work anyway!
