Sold my travel system and needed to get a pushchair the same day. I went to mothercare only to be told they don't stock any of the Prams and would have to be ordered in which I find bizarre. Went to baby thingz and found a perfect stroller straight away for a great price that they kept in stock! Great customer service too.
Found the place totally by accident. Numerous trips to browse and on each visit had interaction with different members of staff and they were all great. All very helpful and patient with us newbie parents to be. Rang up to get the cot delivered last week and they were able to deliver the following night. Unlike other companies I wasn't given any attitude when I had to ring back up and change the address as we had moved and had gave the wrong postcode. When the chap arrived with the cot he spent a bit of time explaining a few things about it which was a nice touch. All the staff I have had interaction with have all been excellent and very friendly! Highly recommend them!
