Key Security Group's Control Room and Helpdesk is manned 24 hours a day, providing remote CCTV monitoring across the UK, and our Control Room Operators are appropriately licensed by the Security Industry Authority (SIA). We hold SIA Approved Contractor status for the provision of Public Space CCTV services and utilise the IMMIX Central Station platform as our primary tool for the monitoring of CCTV. As a result of our integration of Immix CS, we have the capability to accept a wide selection of systems for monitoring, and the system has already proven to significantly assist the efficiency of our CCTV operations.

The success of the Key Security Group is not measured solely on the turnover or profits we generate. For us, being an industry leader demands we manage our business interests in an accountable manner. We have delivered event security for Wakefield Hospice since 2010, with around 30 staff per year volunteering to work the 10k Road Race event for free, ensuring that all the funds raised from this event were used in their entirety for the benefit of the Hospice. As we are no longer able to self-deliver this event, our role will be to provide sponsorship to allow a private security contractor to deliver the event again ensuring the Hospice benefit from the funds raised.
