After a gas leak on the boiler emergency services cut off the boiler. Called Venus Heating solutions (Vijay) he turned around quickly. Throughly checked the boiler explained the situation and serviced the boiler and fixed the issue. He also checked the gas cooker safety following this .Took through measurements to see gas leak is not there ensuring safety. Very happy with the service and a great Gas service engineer. He also helped with some plumbing issues in the property and helped very handy aswell.

I now have hit water. The team ordered a new system, removed the old system, installed the new one and cleaned up in a quiet unobtrusive manner..I will use them again.

Venus Heating Solutions were very professional and reliable.
Vijay the engineer was prompt on both days and very tidy when fitting our new boiler. I would not hesitate to recommend the company.
We were so impressed that they will be invited back annually to service our new boiler.

Heating wasn't working as the thermostat had broke, he came round the same day, explained the issue and gave us 2 choices of installing a new thermostat system or reverting back to the boiler to control the heating, which was fixed straight away. Great customer service and very honest as we tried to give him more money thinking it was more expensive. Would recommend.
