Turned up on time however mostly on his phone talking in his own language which I understood every word. As a British women I’m fluent in speaking In Tamil . Not nice Vijay saying on the phone to his mate ‘The fat overweight cow has ate all of Tesco’s stock and stinks of fish like in Sri Lanka port’ and started to laugh, never have I been so insulted in my life!
As I needed the work doing I let him do it paid him in cash as he didn’t want to pay the tax, but calculating all up I paid him the tax, new boiler 5.2k - Never again.
Totally got ripped off.

Very poor tradesman who turns up at 8pm while booking was made for 9am, I refused entry due to family but he demanded £80 for a turning up. What a complete joke, I paid it in the end due to him threatening making a remark stating ‘there are other ways to pay ??? I’m a Single mum & this is how I was treated - I did no feel safe with this tradesman! Never again! SHOCKED

Very rude and unprofessional person, he is always right, always tries to fail boilers so that he can get the work, over seen his jobs by British Gas and nothing wrong with our boiler, extortionate hourly rate, always demands cash, he talks while his un qualified son does the gas work, has recently supplied a gas safety certificate from home without looking or servicing a boiler. Conclusion - Very unprofessional, raises his voice over yours, never on time , pumps up the prices & condemns boilers for no reason! We have now reported this to trading standards!

I now have hit water. The team ordered a new system, removed the old system, installed the new one and cleaned up in a quiet unobtrusive manner..I will use them again.

Vijay the engineer was prompt on both days and very tidy when fitting our new boiler. I would not hesitate to recommend the company.
We were so impressed that they will be invited back annually to service our new boiler.

Heating wasn't working as the thermostat had broke, he came round the same day, explained the issue and gave us 2 choices of installing a new thermostat system or reverting back to the boiler to control the heating, which was fixed straight away. Great customer service and very honest as we tried to give him more money thinking it was more expensive. Would recommend.
