Chris and his team were professional and friendly from start to finish. We had a new solid wood stable door fitted and are so happy with the quality and workmanship. It was refreshing to have a company that takes care of all aspects of a job from fitting, to hardware to paint taking all the stress out of finding a few tradesman for one job. I would highly recommend Oak Windows & Doors and use them again in the future!

We have recently had oak windows and doors made by this company and we are hugely disappointed. Two, of the run of four doors, have a truly awful grain which completely spoils the look and finish of the product. There were also other more general quality issues with the windows. I would have liked to post photos but this is not an option here. I will post them on my Facebook and Instagram accounts.

Despite requests from our builder to try and help resolve the problem, the company are refusing to try and help resolve the situation. We had the doors and windows as part of an ongoing renovation project - we will not be using them again We accept that mistakes happen but how they are handled plays an enormous part in how a company is perceived and whether they are to be recommended. Buyer beware - this company simply do not care.

Such a shame as they are expensive in the first place and so poor quality control and this lack lustre response to an issue is so sad. Please be warned if you want decent after care or any problems resolved then go elsewhere for your doors and windows.
