All our doors are made from timber. However if you have an oak door, you will find it to be solid timber, but not solid oak. It will normally be an oak veneer on the face of the door and usually solid chipboard inside. Download one of our suppliers brochures above. 2. Using Computer Aided Drawing (CAD) software your design is matched perfectly. 3. A plastic template is then cut using a 3-axis computerised system. 4. This is then used to make a precise steel cutter. 5. This steel cutter is then fitted into a state of the art moulding machine giving a perfect finish every time.
