We would not recommend this firm. Spent thousands of pounds with them and we were always polite and agreeable but we were treated with contempt and given empty promises by their Management. Lots of hassle and delays as a result of multiple missing and incorrect parts due to their lack of quality control and attention to detail, plus two failed collections due to their incorrect paperwork. Caused us a great deal of inconvenience, stress and delay, especially the wrong wire-work sent for a tall larder unit, which they took far too long to resolve and refused to compensate us for, despite initially promising to do so.
