Really slow to program coin mechs. Sent 4 mechs 2 weeks ago next day delivery and still having to chase them up to ask if they are being programmed. They keep saying they will sort it and ring me back but I never get a call back. When they are programmed they work but the time delays and lack of priority mean that I'll have to start looking at alternative companies.
Took an obscure pinball machine board in, as I've no chance of fixing SMT technology (or even reading the labels). I was pleased to find that they could fix it, and even more pleased when it was done the same day. Back in the machine and working. Great service.
