Our Fabrication Department can undertake projects and works with various materials; from carbon steel, aluminium and stainless steel in all finishes including DP1 and Super-bright (Mirror finish). We also offer finishes for our fabrication work if specified in Galvanised, Wet and Powder coat finishes by working closely with various local coating suppliers, to ensure all our required deadlines and customer specifications and requirements are met. We operate a fully integrated Quality Management System to follow the projects life cycle from start to finish, liaising with various suppliers and sub-contractors to complete the project within the specified Budget and program schedule.
The department offers a cost effective and comprehensive pump repair service over a vast range of centrifugal and both submersible and none-submersible pumps for all types of industries. Our engineers have extensive experience of most major pump manufacturers' equipment both dry well and wet well. Our customers include United Utilities, petrochemical, pharmaceutical and the food/beverage industry. To complement the pump refurbishment department we offer new pumps, pump spares, mechanical seal refurbishment including alternative efficient pump solutions.
M R Engineering Mechanical Services are able to undertake the complete refurbishment, repair and overhaul of the majority of varying rotating plant equipment. Our extensive lifting capabilities and machining facilities, ensure total control over the management of mechanical machinery, from valve units and fans to gearboxes and many types of pumping systems. Capabilities: 10ton workshop crane, various on site vehicles, including 3ton and 2ton hi-ab. All engineers have C.C.N.S.G. certificates, including Confined Space.
