What delivery areas do you cover?
We deliver free to UK mainland addresses. Some remote postcodes incur a small surcharge. We cannot deliver to Northern Ireland or offshore islands.
Do you offer assembly services?
We provide flat-pack furniture with full instructions. For larger items requiring professional assembly, we recommend contacting our sales team for assistance options.
What is your returns policy?
We offer 14-day returns for unused items in original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless items are faulty or damaged.
Are your products ethically sourced?

Can I view products in person?
Our Ledsham store offers full product displays. The Woodside Business Park location has limited showroom space but staff can discuss product specifications in detail.

A brilliant shop, very friendly service and fab that a percentage of their profits goes to help rescue animals. Was recommended to visit here and I'll recommend it to others, great it is all vegan too!
