Graham Smith Painting & Decorating are established Painting and Decorating contractors based in Ellesmere Port, Cheshire. The business was originally established in 1999 to provide high class domestic painting and decorating services to the Ellesmere Port, Chester, Wirral, Liverpool, North Wales and Manchester areas. Since then our business now encompasses all the industry sectors, including commercial and industrial painting services throughout the North west and Cheshire.
