Valecraft was formed in 1989 by Peter Nettley after many years within the industry and he was joined by Dave Graham in the mid 1990s, forming the foundations of Valecraft as we know it today. Having been based in Old Market Centre off Lower Station Road in Gillingham since 2000, we have now relocated our showroom to our new purpose built sales centre within Orchard Park Garden Centre, Shaftesbury Road, Gillingham. The Living Room style which we offer is one of the most popular as it it basically an extension similar to the Garden Room but with a modern design theme. It can be formed with a match of walls and side frames upon which the living room roof with its pelmet and all sorts of lighting and central solar control glass roof completes the total living area. Most will require planning and all will require LABC. They are desirable and once finished usually become the social hub of the property. Our Conservatories base construction includes insulation to floors and all glazing incorporates high insulation values.

We supply windows made from uPvc or Aluminium and Hardwood all are supplied to comply with the highest energy rating as standard. They are available in various colours and several glazing options including Georgian / Lead effect. Styles vary from Standard side opening Casements of the Titan-DS range to the Ascent-VS Vertical Sliding sash and can be configured to form a bow or bay window design.

The use of secondary glazing is mostly on listed or part listed buildings to enhance the insulation. The units are fixed to the inner surface of the existing prime window. Whether you live in a listed building or merely wish to cut out any external noise, why not consider secondary glazing. These fit inside the property leaving the existing windows in place. Secondary glazing is available in lift out, hinged, horizontally sliding and vertically sliding styles so that they are not visible from the outside and do not intrude on your view.

New PVCu fascia boards, soffits and guttering can really make a difference to the overall appearance of your home and save you from painting them on a regular basis. We offer two options with regards to the fascia work; we can either clad / cap over your existing boards or remove them completely and fit new thicker boards. Whilst we are more than happy to carry out the work using either method, we would always recommend full replacement. Scaffolding may have to be used to comply with Health and Safety Regulations; if this is the case we will advise you accordingly and include this within your quotation.
