Would not recommend, went to salford store to get glitter wall paper and got told as Farnworth store had 2m cuts I had to go there to get it, (Salford store had a 5m roll but it's cost effective to use cut offs, I get that) on arriving after a 30 minute drive to Farnworth I got told they only had 1m. Then got told to go back to salford store and they would cut it! Got there and didn't even get an apology, just took my money. Won't be returning any time soon!
Avoid this shop at all cost, the staff are very unprofessional border line rude and unhelpful, complaining to a a manager also pointless, we were told in no uncertain terms that should bring the wall paper back within 21 days, no mention of they at the time of purchase, nothing on the receipt or in the shop!
The youngish tall male at Moses gate is borderline aggressive he's so rude. Refused to refund on a roll of wallpaper that was in the wrong box full of the paper I bought stating I couldn't possibly of bought it from them as it's no longer stock! On the other hand the Salford staff are polar opposite and nothing is too much for them. Well worth the drive to a further branch.
