We carry out work in both the private and public sector, either as the main contractor or a subcontractor. Initially contacted in March as said has availability in April. Quote revived and job agreed promptly and told to await a start, we chased Daniel as heard nothing, then told would start in June. Messaged again a couple of days before the agreed start date and was told it would be a further month. Eventually started in July after 2x further delays, job took a total of 10 weeks, we were told it would be completed in 4 days. We had issues with the tiles that clearly didn’t match, an issue which we had to flag up, this led to a dispute between Red rose and the suppliers, however how can an experienced landscaper lay tiles that clearly don’t match. After lots of chasing of both red rose and supplier this was eventually rectified, job was eventually completed to a decent standard however we cannot recommend Red rose as there was no communication throughout, there was periods we were left wondering if the job would ever be completed as texts and calls went unanswered - would advise to go with other companies who will equally as a good a job without the constant hassle and stress.
