We sent a letter recorded delivery two weeks ago asking for a refund for tiles that were sold to us that were not fit for purpose. The shop tried to source the correct tiles and were unsuccessful; therefore we asked for a refund. According to the manager Roccia "prides itself on excellent customer service"; we are in our 6TH WEEK without a bathroom and are currently still 1000 out of pocket because of faulty tiles from Roccia - this doesn't seem like excellent customer service to me. We are appalled that a company can behave in this disgusting manner. We have had no reply from Roccia and are taking the matter further.

The tiles we bought weren't right for what we were trying to do. The guys at tile mart were really great swapping them for us and helping make sure 2nd choice could be used how we wanted to. They turned a complete disaster into just a bit of an inconvenience. Couldn't ask for better service
