Our PVC gutter systems are manufactured by the UK market leader FloPlast and are BS approved and Kitemarked. All systems carry a minimum 10 Year colour guarantee. Many of our ranges are interchangeable with other UK manufacturers and a full compatibility chart is available on request. In addition to partnering FloPlast, the UK's largest PVC Gutter manufacturer, we also supply cast iron gutter manufactured by the UK market leader Hargeaves Foundries. Hargreaves have been casting iron in the UK for over one hundred years.
Our wide range of air management products are designed to control ventilation via the free flow of fresh air into and out of residential and commercial buildings, from fans to tile vents and flat channel ducting to cavity ventilation. Energy-saving improvements to houses such as double glazing, increased insulation and central heating can all cause a build-up of condensation in the roof space if there is insufficient airflow, causing structural defects and mould growth. PBSL offer a range of roof ventilation products designed to improve airflow into the roof in both refurbishment and new build situations.
Rainwater recycling is a simple, environmentally friendly way to reduce water use whilst at the same time saving costs. As with all tank applications a silt trap (or prefilter) should be installed upstream from the rainwater recycling system - this will ensure debris is removed before entering the system making sure there is no risk of clogging. Geocellular crates can be wrapped in a high strength impermeable membrane - much like in attenuation - this will stop any water loss. Near the tank a surface water pump should be installed which can pump water back out of the crate system for use in your daily routine for irrigation or car washing etc.
