Hi Camilla, please can you return my deposit? You seem to have closed the company and stopped answering.

Hugely impressed. The windows look fantastic and the house feels noticeably warmer. The service was also great. We were introduced to each member of the team by name and the expertise of the craftspeople and installers was clear. Every stage of the process was explained to us in advance and the making good after installation was carefully done.

Generally good finished impression other than not making good well around the windows - cement instead of bricks will be hard to live with. Glass not checked carefully before installing and has some visible scratches both externally and between the panes. Poor planning ahead of trying to make good under the living room window.the decorator persevered and was as careful as he could be, more in keeping with the good reputation of the firm. Some of the newcomers are simply not yet "seamlessly" integrated and so I don't feel the current ownership is matching the old unless they work a lot harder on overseeing the projects on site.
