Yes, we offer next-day and express delivery across mainland UK. Standard kerbside delivery uses tail-lift vehicles, with optional HIAB delivery available for challenging access locations.

This has got to be the worst company i have ever dealt with. I ordered 3 pallets of sandstone that took far longer to deliver than expected, then more delays as they apparently forgot to send some of them out. when they arrived some were broken in 2 and more than half had large chips and or pot marks all over them. These were honed slabs for a square pation in 4 sizes. When i reported this their reply was to say chips were acceptable and would some how dissapear when pointed and the broken ones could be used as offcuts.
I have been in the trade for years and have never known any company take this stance before. I told them to have them all collected to which they said there would be a restocking fee, so in other words they would sell them again to someone else. and if even 1 more was damaged sending them back they would charge me 200. Talk about double standards. Anyway My bank and possibly the courts will deal with them now. I am hoping that people reading this will have a google search for better companies that are out there.

I have recently purchased 2 crates of Kandla Grey Sandstone Steps at a cost of 1800. Both crates were short by one stone as there should have been 25 and I only recieved 24 in each crate. When the 2nd crate arrived I noticed when I lifted the lid that two stones were damaged, so I alerted Nustone immediately. NO REPLY. I unpacked the steps and found that the bottom of the crate was damaged and a further 3 steps fully broken.
This was obviously done by a forklift. Again I alerted Nustone, when I finally got a reply over a week later they said this has never happend before and they find it highly unlikely it was damaged in transit. Excuse me! a stone company that delivers nationally and has never has any breakages! I said do they think it more likely that my stone mason has broken a quarter of the crate? Two days later, still no reply, unfinished steps, no one ever answers the telephone at Nustone. Worst Customer Service EVER!!!! I deal with builders merchants on a daily basis and have never had to deal with this lack of customer service. AVOID

Really happy with our experience with Nustone. From the initial contact, easy to get through, questions answered and a good price. Delivery was delayed slightly due to jubilee weekend however after contacting Nustone they ensured the paving would be with us ASAP. And they arrived on the date given. Contact with the delivery company was also great. And lastly the paving is fantastic. So happy and will definitely recommend. Great company.

Bought a pallet of grey silver porcelain paving tiles and had them laid about 6 months later. Did not open them till they were about to be laid-and what a surprise I had. They were so beautiful, even Allgoodlandscapes thought they were great. Now they are laid my patio looks fantastic.Thank you so much Nustone.

I ordered a patio pack of the Brazilian black slate for a project in my garden, I was really impressed by both the quality of the product and the customer service. The website was really clear about what was included, and the pack had a good quantity of the largest pavers, which are often on the stingy side! From the moment I placed the order, the customer service was brilliant, they were delivered within a week by a friendly driver - whats not to like!
