Based on Mersea Island, Essex, we specialise in providing a range of bespoke kitchen furniture manufactured by hand in our workshops. Each item is designed to provide impact to any kitchen. We started making what could be termed "standard pine furniture" using solid pine purchased from a timber yard. While this was fine at the time, it was becoming clear to me that a lot of timber was available from other sources, ie reclaim yards and from using the timber salvaged from old furniture. So for the past few years we have moved away from the traditional style of pine furniture and have started making in a more rustic style, using as much reclaimed wood as possible. This gives every piece a unique look as we don't make to a formula of mass production.

We can make and supply Kitchen Islands and work stations using recycled timber wherever possible, all these units can be made to suit your size and requirements. They can then either be painted using Annie Sloan chalk paint, or simply stained and waxed. These units can either be in Butchers block or Table top style, or if you'd prefer they can be supplied without a top so that you can fit your own. The tops are usually approx 45mm thick. We source and renovate tables in a variety of styles and materials, but we also make tables to size.
