Powder coating facilities include a comprehensive four-stage process. Built to our specifications, the powder coating plant is located at our Basildon headquarters and manufacturing premises. It represents a significant investment that reflects our growing business and increased customer demand. The powder coating plant consists of a phosphate and degrease unit, drying oven, spray booth and curing oven. The powder coating plant gives us greater control over quality and production scheduling. This will result in even better products and faster lead times.

Our skills ensure we are able to design commercial lighting products that meet the most stringent demands. We utilise our impressive skill set to design and sell both bespoke and generic commercial lighting solutions. Bespoke products are designed in conjunction with third party businesses. They are never offered directly to the market by Jordan Reflectors. Generic products, however, are competitively priced high quality luminaires. Generic products are available to anyone. Our speciality is in designing commercial lighting products in conjunction with lighting partners.

Our facilities include presses, rollers, press brakes, slitting machines, forming, rolling, welding, assembly, wiring and paint plant. Trumpf CNC, Power Press Punching and Multi-Stage Line Press machines give scope for a variety of material sizes and thicknesses to be punched with great accuracy and efficiency. Fasti Rollers, Guifil Manuel Press Brake and Adira CNC Forming machines allow smooth curves and sharp bends to be applied. Punched and rolled components are then welded to a high quality in our Mig and Tack Welding facility.
