Poor service from national windscreens. We had our boot window smashed and the first technician came out and removed the old window and scratched all the paintwork removing it. Second technician came out and fitted the new screen and damaged the gas struts. Now I need to be a weightlifter to open the boot. Complained to the manager but was given poor excuses and lies, rude and even blamed me for it. Had to use them as that is tescos preferred repairer. I won't be renewing with tesco or anyone else that uses this company. Left a bitter taste. Would have given less than 1 star if I could.

Had my drivers side window replaced, not only is the window not fixed into place or weather proof! I also cannot open my door! Leaving me with a car I can't drive and no solutions.
