Had a visit from a designer almost two weeks ago who "designed" our new kitchen on the back of a fag packet, promising that a plan would be emailed within 7 days. Still waiting. Have now ordered a kitchen from a far more professional company who designed the basis of the new kitchen using a lap top on their first visit.
Spent 30 minutes looking around the showroom and not one person spoke to me. Staff all seated chatting about the website yet they ignored an actual captive customer! Great range of products on stock but most are not labelled so you can't tell what it is. Won't be spending my money here!
