Five commercial industrial units built for our client, on a plot of land on the Staverton Connection site. Steel framework with half brick clad and half insulated steel cladding. Built to match the surrounding industrial units. Due to the large scale of the site, there was call for a large holding pond to reduce the flow rate of the surface water into the natural water course, behind the units. All services were installed to each unit including gas, electric, water, telecoms. All landscaping, roads and external finishes carried out to a high spec and finish by Thorn Construction.
