Our showrooms are now closed to retail browsing, we remain open for virtual browsing and to the trade. The government has issued new guidelines concerning the list of retail businesses that must close for the lockdown period up to 2nd January 2021. We will remain open to Trade customers including tilers and builders to shop for essentials at the counter in-store, or to place and collect orders until 5.00pm on Tuesday 22nd December 2020. But to stay within the guidelines, it is with regret that we have had to close our showrooms to all browsing Retail customers.
Once your tiles have been fitted, if you have any full, unopened boxes of tiles left over, after allowing for spares, you can return them within 1 month of delivery to our warehouse to get a refund. This only applies to stock items. Please ask if you are unsure.
