The company fully supports the aims and objectives of the Environmental Act 1990 and associated statutory provisions and is committed to maintaining high environmental standards throughout its operations. We assess each site and develop specific environmental management plans to mitigate the impact of noise, dust, odour, waste and hazardous materials on the environment.

Berkley Demolition embrace the full life cycle of the demolition process from early works appraisals, pre-commencement audits, risk assessments and preparation of site waste management plans through to demolition, site clearance, final documentation and handover. In the early stages of a project we work closely with owners, owners' agents, clients' representatives, project managers, quantity surveyors and cost consultants to assess risks, estimate costs and determine methods of maximising resource efficiency and recovery.
