1st Choice replaced windows and doors at my property in 2013. Upon completion of installation, Paul called numerous times the next day to chase payment. We paid promptly but unfortunately once they were paid they refused to return our calls or call back to deal with the snags and issues we had. In the end we gave up trying to get them to return our calls. They issued a guarantee to us dated 19/06/2011 which was inaccurate as the installation was carried out June 2013. We also never received a FENSA certificate as installation was not registered with FENSA.
So happy with 1st choice windows, great service from start to finish, the installation was one day with quick tidy polite and helpful workmen. The highest of praise from the initial consultations choosing and ordering the door and windows could not have been any easier, Paul explained about the glass and the standards as i was wanting to cut down noise as much as i could, The quality and the finish for all was Top Drawer, i would recommend this company to anyone without any problem, Well done and Thanks keep up the fab service, Lesley and Graeme Cranston Durham
Replaced a large single glazed kitchen window with a uPVC window complete with beautiful gold handles to match my kitchen units. Also replaced old and extremely draughty wooden kitchen door with safe and secure composite door, again matching the handle to my kitchen. Was even able to install cat flap of my choice. Excellent customer service, reliable, punctual, and most importantly - TIDY! 5*
Would definitely recommend First Choice. They replaced my roof and conservatory panes as they were leaking heat. This made the world of difference as Paul said it would! I gave them a key and there was no mess and hardly any signs of them being there - other than the lamp they left by accident in the garden so they could work in the dark!
