This is the second time we've had Elite windows in the first time was very good, this time it was a bigger job to install seven windows and a composite door in May this year. Overall the quality of the windows and the composite door are very good. The negatives I found were there were a few chips on the upvc rosewood showing the white underneath after installation. Elite did supply a rosewood touch up pen to sort this when I asked them.
Not long after installation some sealant came away in areas, the mortar underneath the bay window where it meets the brick is crumbling in areas, and on the original order we asked for a knocker on the composite door. This was never fitted? when after installation I contacted Elite and we chose not to have the knocker fitted, and to just get a 20 refund as we had other work going on in our home. Update to my review, Elite have reimbursed us for the missing door knocker, thank you.

Had front bay windows replaced excellent job and friendly guys. They did a thorough job left no damage and no mess. Looks great and can feel the difference already. Would highly recommend!

Recently had our windows and doors replaced. no sales rubbish like other companies. Just down to earth people who reccomended what was best not necessarily the most expensive. The fitters did a great job with a minimum of fuss. thanks all for transforming our house
