Services
Window Cleaning
Our window cleaning service covers residential and commercial properties across Gloucestershire, including hard-to-reach areas. We clean all window types, frames, sills, and doors using traditional and pure-water methods. Clients benefit from regular 4-8 weekly schedules with advance notifications, ensuring consistently clear glass surfaces without streaks or residue.
Gutter Clearing
Specialist gutter clearing addresses blocked or damaged drainage systems in residential and commercial properties. We clear gutters, downpipes, and hoppers up to 45ft heights, including valley roofs and parapet gutters. Post-clearance flushing and testing ensure optimal water flow, preventing structural damage and damp issues caused by water ingress.
Roof Moss Removal
This service removes moss and organic growth from roofs using manual de-mossing combined with HSE-approved biocide treatments. We clear valleys and gutters, dispose of debris responsibly, and apply softwash solutions to inhibit regrowth. The process restores roof appearance while extending its lifespan through proactive maintenance.
School Maintenance
Tailored exterior maintenance for schools across Gloucestershire, including window cleaning and gutter upkeep. Our DBS-checked team works around school schedules, maintaining safety standards for educational environments. Services cover primary schools, special needs centres, and historic buildings with specific access requirements.
Conservatory Valets
Specialist cleaning for conservatories, glass roofs, and canopies using non-abrasive techniques. We restore clarity to stained glass, French windows, and velux roof windows while maintaining delicate frames. The service removes lichen buildup and water stains, improving light transmission and aesthetic appeal for glass structures.

Questions
Do you clean windows on listed buildings or heritage properties?
Yes, we adapt techniques for historic structures including stained glass and Victorian slate roofs. Our non-invasive methods preserve original materials while achieving thorough cleaning.
Can you access gutters over conservatories or extensions?
Our specialist equipment reaches gutters over conservatories, valley roofs, and up to 45ft heights. We clear blockages in challenging locations inaccessible to standard ladders.
How does roof biocide treatment work?
We apply HSE-approved biocides that kill moss and lichen regrowth. The treatment gradually restores roof tile colour while preventing organic growth for several years post-application.
Are your staff DBS checked for school contracts?
All team members have current DBS checks and commercial insurance. We follow strict safeguarding protocols during school site visits and provide staff verification documentation.
What waste disposal procedures do you follow?
We hold licensed waste disposal certification. All debris from gutter clearing and roof work is sorted, recycled where possible, and disposed of in compliance with environmental regulations.
Do you offer emergency gutter clearing?
While we don't provide 24/7 emergency services, we prioritise urgent cases involving structural damage risks. Contact us for rapid response during regular working hours.

Highly recommended. The services provided by five valleys services are 'second to none'. They have transformed the PVC Windows and conservatory, the glass Windows sparkle and the guttering which was horrendous is amazingly clean. Great customer service, truly can't recommend enough.
