Underfloor Heating Underlay
Our underfloor heating underlays ensure rapid heat transfer and energy efficiency. Designed for carpets, wood, and laminate floors, they improve thermal conductivity while maintaining comfort. Ideal for modern homes and renovations seeking cost-effective heating solutions.
Carpet Gripper Rods
Carpet gripper rods secure carpets firmly to floors, preventing wrinkles and movement. We offer durable, easy-to-install options for various subfloors, including concrete and wood. Essential for professional carpet fitting and long-term performance.
Vinyl Flooring Underlay
Specialised underlays for vinyl flooring enhance stability and reduce noise. They provide a smooth base for click-together vinyl planks, ensuring even wear and extended lifespan. Suitable for kitchens, bathrooms, and high-traffic areas.
Acoustic Insulation Underlays
Acoustic underlays minimise noise transmission between floors. Perfect for apartments and multi-story buildings, they combine sound absorption with thermal benefits. Reduce footstep noise and improve living comfort with our tested solutions.
Questions
How do I calculate how much underlay I need?
Use our online flooring calculator to input room dimensions. It calculates required underlay in square metres and gripper length, with a 10% allowance for errors.
What are the benefits of carpet underlay?
Underlay enhances comfort, extends carpet lifespan, improves thermal efficiency, and reduces noise. It acts as a shock absorber and insulator for better energy retention.
How long does carpet underlay last?
High-quality underlay lasts up to 25 years but effectiveness diminishes over time. Replace underlay when renewing flooring for optimal performance.
