As a tiler who lives local to your factory it is embarassing when I hear other tilers honest and correct reiews of your products and I can not recommend you to my cusomers. Quality control need a revamp, 2-3mm difference in a tile is standard for your tiles and with a 2mm joint how can an instller make it look good? Installers are starting to refuse to use Bct tiles.
