Highly recommend this store they are so helpful I have been speaking with Liran who is an absolute star. I am not from the area and he has made all my purchases stress free I live in the NorthEast and would recommend this store to everyone. Brilliant first class customer service.
Terrible customer service from what seemed to be a male manager. Mothercare, John Lewis etc. were offering the bugaboo for 695 Lesters said they would price match and when I got there they said it was pay now in full and take away now, I said when I had come into store they said I could pay a deposit and pay off in instalments and they would keep my items until the baby arrives and he point blank said no! Then he started to tell me that in Mothercare they would try and sell me the old one, hello, that's the one I was buying for 695 from you or Mothercare! I was in the shop less than two minutes and was a wasted trip! I went to Mothercare at Manchester Fort and had a wonderful experience I would recommend you go there instead! Yet again as in previous comments you have lost out on a huge amount of business as I had planned to buy pretty much everything for my baby from your shop and I will recommend that nobody comes there.
My husband and I had an excellent experience in Lester's on Saturday, thanks to the amazing help and advice offered by staff member, Adriana!
