To determine the root of the problem we conduct condition surveys of the structure before compiling our findings and submitting our proposals to the client. Our structural monitoring systems can be installed to provide a means of assessing a structure's condition and performance, and afford guidance as to whether intervention necessary. We offer these as one-off services or as part of a structural repair package for buildings and civil structures. A range of load-testing techniques can be used to prove the ability of a structure to carry additional loads and validate strengthening work.
After construction of the 41-storey Medore building in #Dubai began in 2010, it was halted at level seven. CCL was called in last year because the client wished to make major architectural changes and complete floors 8 to 39 using post-tensioning.
The ability to accurately predict curing times of precast concrete slabs enables the removal of the slabs from the beds as soon as they have reached the necessary strength, shortening production phases and resulting in energy and cost savings.
Working in collaboration with HS Bygg AS and Christie & Opsahl AS, CCL has supplied and installed the #foundations for a mast which will carry a gondola lift from the centre of #ndalsnes in #Norway to the top of Mount #Nesaksla. The gondola lift, named #Romsdalsgondole n, will be around 1600-1700.
