A Fully tiled finish applied to a swimming pool, hot tub or spa is considered to be the ultimate garden feature and like most quality things in life, brings the most pleasure. A fully tiled swimming pool not only looks and feels the best, it can actually be more economical in the long run as the glass and ceramic surfaces add to heat insulation. If you are considering having some new tiling to your pool or spa, then why not call on us to show you some examples of our new and refurbishment work. It is possible to include a motif, say a star, seahorses and dolphins even your family ‘coat of arms' can be created.

UK Swimming Pools can arrange yearly contracts with you for us to visit at a regular time for pool cleaning and dosing of the required chemicals. Whilst on our visit we can carry out any repairs to your swimming pool or spa see our (swimming pool repairs section) and you can have complete confidence that your pool will be ready for use anytime. Having regular swimming pool maintenance and cleaning will insure that all your pool equipment will stay in good and working condition. If you have had an automatic safety cover or any form of moving heat retention unit fitted, it will be beneficial to keep it in working and safe order.

At UK Swimming Pools Ltd we offer a complete 'in-house' swimming pool refurbishment and repair service. During the winter time your swimming pool or spa can suffer from the very low temperatures that even the UK experiences, and it is during these times that your pool may sustain damage to the extent that it will need major refurbishment or repair for the new season to come. It is quite common for builders and non specialists in the swimming pool business to use sub-standard mortars and adhesives.

Going by the number of enquiries we receive this is not always the case. Swimming pools built incorrectly can suffer from frost and snow damage in a number of ways. Firstly, most tile companies do not use a waterproof additive in the adhesive allowing water to get behind the tiles, this then freezes and expands, popping off the tiles. Secondly, the water gets behind the pool outer wall and freezes, causing the rendering and the tiles to pop off. The swimming pool copings can also freeze and crack due to poor mortar joints.

We design and build a wide range of attractive buildings, custom built for your indoor pool or the design can be incorporated into your home using matching materials. Working to the highest standards we will ensure good ventilation and humidity control throughout. We can also cater for extra items you may wish to add to your build, such as a sauna, spa, gym or changing rooms. Many thanks for all of your hard work. I know it has gone on a lot longer than expected for various unforeseen reasons but we would like to thank you nonetheless, and look forward to using it when the weather is a little more kind!

With 25 years of experience our reputation means everything to us and we ensure that this is maintained throughout every job we take on. We do not use outside contractors and all our Team are fully trained and follow the ISPE (Institute of Swimming Pool Engineers) regulations. We are happy to help you through every step of the way, from initial design ideas through to completion, and can add our expertise to often save you money and avoid common mistakes.
