Finally I've found a place to review this sham of a company! I ordered a TV from them it arrived broken so I emailed and rang them and they accused me of breaking the TV myself! They were rather argumentative on the phone and once I stated my legal rights they agreed to refund me. Why the hell would I get my TV and break it? I got it to watch the fucker!
Sent a coffee machine back to be fixed, advised by this company would take only 1 week - waited over 3 weeks and when arrived back the item has the same fault. - Very annoyed customer. Customer service for this company is appalling - throughout the whole process I chased this company for an update, wasting my time and energy - you being the company should update me.
