A new Assembly Plant and Parts Dept for the market leader in articulated trailers, this project involved the excavation and crushing of some 8000m3 of concrete basement to an old factory and the construction of a new 10 bay assembly plant and Parts Dept. The scheme was subject to a lot of changes generating additional works but still finished to the Client's programme. We were asked back by Dennison early in 2016 to carry out flood repair and reinstatement works, following the dramatic flood event in Lancaster in December 2015.
