I needed somebody to help me move my belongings to a new flat urgently, I wrote to Mac at 7.30 am, he responded within minutes and was available exactly when I needed it: 3h later. I was extremely pleased with Mac's service, everything went well, the price was very good, and Mac himself a lovely person. I could not have wished for a smoother move. Absolutely 5 star service. I cannot praise Mac's service enough. I contacted Mac recently to arrange a house move from Manchester to Colchester. Mac made the move so easy. Firstly, the price he charged was reasonable and much, much lower than what the other removals companies were asking. His quote was, by far, the best I received. Secondly, the service was fantastic. Mac is a thorough gentleman. He was very courteous in all our communications. It was a pleasure to interact with him. Further, he was very understanding and accommodating. When I requested, at a very late hour, that we change the moving date, he very kindly agreed. He was very helpful on the day of the move, doing most of the lifting and carrying. I was slightly apprehensive because I had more goods than I had originally suggested. Mac didn't mind and didn't charge me any extra. He was very careful and considerate while transporting the objects. All my goods were delivered safely to me on the appointed day. I had fragile glass objects in one bag. They were all delivered in perfect condition. Thanks to Mac's excellent service, my move was extremely smooth, hassle-free, and low-cost. I would recommend him unreservedly. He gets 11 stars out of 10 from me.
