Having known Sammy a good few years now, upon launching Zinc Laundry Solutions, I knew she was going to smash it. and she has! My 2yr old, tatty-looking UGG boots were given a completely new lease of life (they literally look brand new!). As for my new UGGs - that my radiator unfortunately leaked all over - she managed to get the rusty-water stain straight out with a bit of elbow grease, care & attention. Sammy's approach to her customers is second to none & she has a friendly warm welcome for everyone.
