Incredible Window Cleaning Ltd (IWC) has been providing window cleaning and associated services across the UK for decades. Our Head Office is based in the North West and all our services are controlled via a dedicated, bespoke Communications Centre. As a result we are able to provide our clients with an exceptionally high level of customer service. IWC are proud to provide window cleaning services to a range of locations across the UK. Our clients include large multi site operations, National FTSE listed companies, to small single site locations.

The history behind Incredible Window Cleaning solidifies the companies position in the marketplace with the extensive experience and knowledge that has been established. In August 2014, Incredible Window Cleaning was formed having previously been part of Indepth Managed Services. Indepth Managed Service has been providing contract cleaning and window cleaning services since it's launch in 1978. As a result of the significant and potential growth in the window cleaning sector, the company decided to separate and allow IWC to flurish as a standalone organsation.

Incredible Window Cleaning's Industrial Cleaning division has significant experience delivering a wide range of specialist cleaning services using an array of different cleaning techniques, products, equipment and chemicals.

Incredible Window Cleaning provide high level cleaning services in the event that our poles do not reach windows and parts of buildings at height. Our operatives are certificated to PASMA and IPAF for the use of scaffolding or Mobile Elevated Work Platforms (MEWPs). IWC have significant experience in communicating with third parties to obtain roof permits or working at height permits. For all abseil working IWC have a number of highly trained IRATA operatives level 1, 2 & 3 working across the UK where required.

Using a combination of Sky Vac technology, IWC can use a carbon fibre pole to extend and use suction cleaning from ground level. This enables operatives to remove gutter debris up to 45ft high from safe ground access. In the event that a scaffold platform is required our PASMA certificated operatives can swiftly erect scaffolding to remove all gutter debris safely. Whilst this is a seasonal activity, IWC have noticed an increase in all year round demand as part of efficient estates management processes on sites up and down the country.

The quality of water used is essential to the cleaning process. IWC use the latest waterfed pole technology leaving a clean, clear and streak free finish to the glass. The pole technology allows our operatives to work at height without the use of ladders. Operatives are trained to a minimum standard of IOSH Health & Safety, delivered via the Federation of Window Cleaners. Our operatives also receive regular Health & Safety updates because of the companies commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility.

Incredible Window Cleaning provide jet washing services through an environmentally safe cleaning process using hi-pressure water from our fleet of jet washers. Our trained operatives will systematically clean soiled areas from a build up of debris, safely and without damage to the cleaned structure. Our teams can cater for clients needs to provide this service out of hours on a national basis.

From small hand held portable steamers for bath tiles to large industry steamers that can steam clean large areas efficiently, IWC has them all. Traditionally used in healthcare and washroom settings, steam cleaning is being used increasingly in everyday life. With concerns over germs and super-bugs, more and more clients are turning to the steam option to ensure eradication of risk in such areas of concern in the workplace.

Not such a sticky situation, let IWC resolve your chewing gum issue internally or externally - we have an option that will cater for all requirements. We have experience in removing gum from carpets as well as numerous external surfaces including outside the entrances of education establishments and other public areas. IWC have a range of experiences in handling graffiti removal of different types and upon different surfaces. Some graffiti may be removed by jet washing, steaming or other agitation and these options are used first prior to chemicals.
