I've been buying Skye candles for years and I love them so when I decided to try the reed diffuser I couldn't have been more disappointed. I bought the oriental lilly which is my favourite scent from your range but unfortunately you just can't smell it. I checked with others just in case it was me but no one could smell it even when stood next to it.even flipping the reeds over to get a quick burst still does nothing.you have to pick it up, put it under your nose then smell it which is obviously defeating the reason why I bought it! I can light your candles and smell the beautiful fragrance right away so is this typical with your reed defusers? What I don't want to do is spend 20 on a scent that I can't smell.what can you do to help? Thanks, Jackie

I'm a relatively new convert to soy wax. I've tried a few makes and Skye candles are by far the best. They are value for money and burn really well. Not leaving wax up the side of the jar. I've so far tried pimento and cranberries in the large candles as well as spruce and fir. I've just ordered two if the three wicks in mango, and pomegranate and plum and can't wait til they arrive! Postage is really quick too! The best bit is they are made in one of my favourite parts if the world!

I was in the shop today and the girl working there (I didn't catch her name) was wonderful. She was helpful, funny and polite. It was just a great interaction between fellow human beings! I don't get down to the shop as often as I'd like but I'd go back just for the service. (Ok, the candles are pretty awesome too!)
