After having had a terrible experience with another local company and left with a multiple leaking conservatory I approached Mark at Deylight Windows and talked him through our problems. Mark was very patient, listened and made suggestions about how to best resolve our situation providing different options. In Marks own words he is not a sales man which was a nice experience as he is not pushy at all, after listening made the best suggestions on alternative solutions and options giving us time to make the right decision and choice and worked patiently with us.

After many chats Mark provided us with competitive quotes for two different alternative options which he honoured 6 months later!. We have had a full conservatory replacement and WOW, WOW, WOW to not have any leaks -we still getting used to the fact. The fitters are fantastic, worked so hard with a high standard of finish. From start to finish Mark has worked with us and answered all queries and questions and always with his big smile.
