Our offices and yard are currently based in Grundisburgh, near Woodbridge and Ipswich, although we are currently converting some barns into new offices and workshops; when complete our current site will become a site for seven new homes. The company has 21 employed staff, supported by a small number of highly trusted specialist subcontractors when the need arises. Our staff are used to working in people's homes. It is paramount to us that other people's property is always treated with the utmost respect by anybody associated with our business.

Charles Clarke have designed and constructed protective timber and glass screens for the reception desks at local Suffolk-based GP surgeries. Originally a working mill, Mill Cottage is adjacent and features a timber-frame construction with wooden shiplap panelling and a traditional orange pan tile roof. This unique 20th century residential property in rural Suffolk was in need of carpentry repairs and some exterior redecoration. The expansive, brick-built dwelling and outbuildings featured. We designed a practical, cosy and inviting living space as part of a barn conversion at Gooch's Farm; implemented to provide dedicated and easy-to-use living accommodation.
