Rosewoods was founded in 1985 by the Gaskin family, and in 1995 the Edworthy family co-invested to help create the group that exists today. We are a small, family business focused on delivering value added business services locally. We are passionate about our local environment and surroundings. Wherever possible we engage local architects, consultants and contractors to create properties and building projects with distinct local characteristics. We are also a forward thinking company, focused on introducing energy efficiency into our projects, via solar photovoltaic (PV) panels, fuel efficient boiler systems or by simply insulating properties more efficiently.
As an innovator in the building industry we are able to use our expertise and skills to provide our clients with renewable energy solutions, both within our new build designs and to existing properties. We offer a service to specify, install and maintain Solar Photovoltaic (PV) panels. We undertake all surveys of your property, and provide detailed projections of costs and pay back periods to assist in your decision making.
