It was Good Friday, my daughter had a flat tyre, the car park of Morrisons was wet and cold, my partner could not get the wheel off. Then along came our Guardian Angel. The manager not only got down on his knees to try and remove the tyre but then went off to the depot and got his mechanic to come out to us and do the job. Thank you, you truly went out of your way to help us and we didn't even get your name.
