On consultation it may not be the case that you need a new lawn, the problem may be resolved with a selection of lawn treatments or scarifying and seeding. If you require a new lawn EPM Landscape will prepare the ground with a variety of screened soils and install the highest quality turf. Desired location of lawn area will be prepared with a treated, high quality screened top soil to a minimum depth of 100mm. But! Remember new turf needs a lot of water so the location of the works must have a water supply.

EPM Landscape offer a range of garden services, from lawn mowing, seasonal pruning, hedge cutting, border care and weed control to mulching, gravel beds, general tidying and one off garden clearance. We can offer one off tidy ups as well as regular, fortnightly, monthly and quarterly maintenance programmes that are all tailored to meet the client's requirements.

Epm Landscape design and manufacture many timber products ranging from children's playhouses - to garden planters. Epm Landscape only use the highest quality timber available. Products can be manufactured using either sawn or planed timbers depending on the product. Block paving is often the first choice for customers who want to make an impact on there property. Driveway location will be excavated to a minimum depth of 300mm. After excavation, type 1 hardcore stone sub-base will be installed to a minimum depth of 200mm. The sub-base will be constructed in 4 layers of 50mm depth, each layer compacted separately. Chosen paving will be installed on a 30mm-40mm compacted base of recycled glass material.
