In the early days Solaflair carried out domestic gas boiler/central heating installations and MCS accredited renewable energy installation services until changes to the government Feed in Tariffs and the subsequent down turn of domestic Solar PV (photovoltaic) and Solar Thermal. We no longer carry out renewable installations under MCS or RHI however alongside our traditional Gas Boiler and Central Heating installation/service and maintenance work, we use our expertise in the field and offer service and maintenance for Solar PV, Solar Thermal and Heat Pumps.

We recommend your thermal system is serviced every two years. Our service includes topping up/replacing antifreeze fluid and checking pressure and correct operation of all components to ensure optimum performance. We recommend your heat pump is serviced annually. Our service includes inspection of filters, ducts, blower and indoor coil for dirt and other obstructions, check airflow, fluid levels, pressure and all components. Maximise the generation from your PV system by installing an EDDI to divert excess energy to your immersion heater, reducing the need for an additional heating source such as a boiler or immersion switch.
