Just to up date our customers - we are still currently operational offering a limited service, attending only emergency calls, where essential equipment has failed or is failing.
It is always nice when a customer says thank you and pays promptly. The customers equipment had suffered a non economical repairable fault so there was little we could do for them other than offer some advice, which clearly gave them a result!
