Don't get me wrong the man fixed my washing machine, however when I spoke on the phone I had said I didn't have the money until end of the week and was just after a quote which he was fine with, the tools he used to repair the jets was a cable tie which he could of just explained how I could do that myself, he also didn't leave my house until he had been paid 45 for using a cable tie on my washing machine! Will not be using again,
