Come here very often and never disappointed. Lovely plants and good variety of garden products. Enjoy the butchers and cook shop inside and of course the restaurant! Came with the children and sat in the kiddie corner before venturing outside to play in the playground. All in one great place to be!

Visited waterside to have tea with Father Christmas today, the whole experience was excellent. We were all looked after really well, lots of attentive staff around. I cant recommend it enough. Father Christmas couldn't do enough for the children, he even helped the children decorate their biscuits. Perfect.

Went to Waterside for breakfast today, unfortunately we got there after eleven and breakfast had finished. As we were hungry we decided to have a pork and stuffing baguette, another mistake as we wrongly assumed it would be hot. It was served cold and I have to say it was the most boring and tasteless thing I have eaten in a long time. What did surprise us though, even though breakfast was finished, the person behind us in the queue ordered toast and got it, so can only assume she either works there or is a friend of the person on the drinks counter. Obviously one rule for one.
