I had 4 windows replaced by MP Windows last week. The work had been arranged back in November, but due to lockdown this was postponed. MP Windows kept me updated over the following months so I never felt forgotten about. The team showed up at the expected time to do the work and replaced all 4 windows that day. They were very professional, friendly and respectful. There was no mess and everything was vacuumed and all debris removed. Martin Pollard fitted ten new windows for us. From first contact to the final finishing touches he was highly professional and very caring about the job. Everything happened on time, the work is excellent and to a high standard. MP Windows was recommended to us by several people and we had also seen previous work done by Martin in our area. We are new to the area and were recommended to MP Windows. This proved to be an excellent recommendation. Martin (from MP Windows) was punctual on all visits, gave good advice and a competitive quote. He kept in touch throughout the Covid-19 crisis and as soon as was possible arranged for the installation of the rear door and patio doors to take place. He completed the work in a day, with the excellent assistance of Rab, leaving the area clean and tidy. They both observed all precautions in respect of Covid=19. The quality of the product and workmanship was excellent. I have no hesitation in recommending MP Windows. Thank you Martin and Rab (and Graeme). Pleased you enjoyed the coffee!!!

Martin fitted 3 double glazed windows to replace old sash and case windows in a rental property. The work was done to a superb standard and Martin was very clean and tidy, you'd never have known he was there apart from the new windows. Very pleased.

Supply and fit 4 off tilt and turn windows. Excellent service at a very fair price. Using a local company where the installer (rather than a sales person) viewed and priced the works lead to a smooth and efficient installation - which is something i have found lacking in the past when I have used large nationwide companies.

Martin supplied and fitted 10 new windows, a front door, side door and 2 automated garage doors. He worked with Rab to install the new units and provided a professional service. The quality of the joinery is excellent as is the quality of the units they supplied. Both Martin and Rab are experienced tradesmen who arrived when they said they would, did a great job and left our house clean and tidy at the end of each day’s installation. We have further modernisation work to complete and we will not hesitate to use Martin again.

We had all our old windows replaced - 11 in total. All the wood surrounds were replaced in oak which many other firms were not willing to do or quoting huge premiums over the standard price for. Martin was recommended by a colleague, his price was competitive and his willingness to supply the oak made us choose them.
We had also been told that the original windows boxes would need replaced but Martin said it was unlikely and they would look at them properly when the old windows were removed, replacing them only if required. Turned out to be nothing wrong with them so they were left in place.
We had one small issue but as soon as it was brought to Martin's attention he sent Rab (the joiner) round to fix. We are delighted with the work done by Martin and Rab - especially given the challenge of fitting oak surrounds. We have already recommended MP windows and will be happily do so again.

Martin fitted a new back door for us with the design and look we requested. He gave us a competitive quote and carried out the work to our total satisfaction. He arrived at the arranged time and completed the work efficiently and tidily.
It’s not the first installation MP has done for us and we still get people admiring the front door and windows he fitted several years ago.
We would have no hesitation in recommending Martin if want replacement doors or windows.

Door supplied and fitted at very short notice. Door is beautiful, well fitted and totally secure. Old door removed and absolutely no mess. Professional, friendly and efficient tradesman, reliable and trustworthy.
